Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Of course! We want to make your life easier during the process. After the first three months, we assume all responsibility for any repairs, maintenance fees, or other issues with the property. You won’t have to replace a single lightbulb – we will ensure the property remains in the same (or better) condition as when we took it over!
